As with any major change to a website small issues can occur and we are no different. We're currently solving some issues related to the follow:
- Your orders have been imported from our old system, but they have all been "fulfilled" as part of the import. Do not worry, your pre-orders and orders that were not fulfilled will have the correct information very soon. We're in the process of fixing that.
- We're getting reports that when customers try to click on the "Activate my account" email they are being redirected to the homepage and the account does not activate. We're looking into this and expect it to be resolved within 48h. This is related to the SSL certificate from our old shop into the new one, which is causing some unexpected redirects.
- Some of the orders in the old shop might not yet be appearing in your "My Account" area. Do not worry, these are in the process of being migrated but had to go through a manual process to ensure that all data was consistent.
